Wellocity is playing a key role in the development of residential academies for the Sports Authority of Gujarat (SAG). These academies are being started in association with renowned sporting icons like P.T.Usha, Gagan Narang and Dhanraj Pillay. The purpose of these academies is to house both state-of-the-art training and accommodation facilities in a single center, to enable budding players to focus solely on their skill and fitness development. Given Wellocity’s expertise in managing fitness programs over the last 6 years, our team has been given the responsibility of managing the entire program. This includes

1. Setting up a framework for the functioning of these academies.
2. Initiation of contact with the sporting icons, handling their contracts and subsequent on-boarding.
3. Working with the sporting icons for the up-gradation of infrastructure at these academies.
4. Arranging for talent identification camps to select the most suitable trainees.
5. Ensuring that the selected candidates, and their parents, understand the concept and benefit of these academies.
6. Handling any on-going doubts and queries that the trainees and their parents might have.
