As part of its ongoing consulting initiatives for the Rajasthan State Sports Council (RSSC), Wellocity’s team is working on establishing and implementing a system under which renowned international coaches will be deputed for short term coaching assignments. These coaching camps will be conducted for top state level athletes, across sports like football, hockey, basketball and archery.
Wellocity’s team is responsible for the entire range of activities, including

1. Establishing the framework under which such coaching camps can be held on an ongoing basis.
2. Initiation of contact, and the subsequent short-listing and selection of renowned international coaches.
3. Organizing camp logistics.
4. Appointment of support staff like physiotherapists, trainers and nutritionists.

As process partners to this initiative, Wellocity is also deploying its AMPlify platform, through which the entire data management and performance tracking of these camps will be done. This will enable the international coaches to get data about the selected athletes well in advance of the program, thereby enabling effective planning of the camp activities. Additionally, there will be regular reviews of the athlete’s performances, during and after completion of the camps, which will allow the international coaches to be a part of the long term development of the athletes.
