The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is currently managing 34 fitness centers in various wards of Ahmedabad and is planning to open 32 more such facilities to cater to all wards of the city. Wellocity has been appointed as fitness consultant for both the existing and new centres, with its scope of work being

1. Developing a framework for up-gradation of the existing facilities.
2. Touring all the existing centers to ascertain their condition and equipment quality, and suggesting improvements.
3. Providing a blueprint for the development of the new fitness centres.
4. Developing a sustainable model under which the AMC can outsource the functioning of these fitness centers, including both customer service and equipment maintenance.
