Wellocity had a key role in helping IIM Indore (IIMI) set up its fitness facility, for students as well as faculty members. It provided a range of advisory services to IIMI, which included

1. Managing the tendering process. This involved advising IIMI on what kind of facilities would be most suitable to their center, and thereafter formulating the tender detailing the technical specifications.
2. Overseeing the execution process. This included ensuring that installation of equipment and development of interiors was done as per contract.

The facility was launched in November 2013, and has been operational since then.
