The Eklavya Sports Academy (a first of its kind PPP project in the field of sports) was hailed as a success, especially from the point of view of facilitating general public access to its high class, modern and well run facilities. Based on this performance Wellocity has been awarded another project, with a similar work profile, by the SAG – upgrading and operating its Regional Sports Coaching Center (RSCC) at Khokra, Ahmedabad.
Wellocity’s team has been given a number of deliverables in this project. These include

1. Up-gradation of the existing facilities to ensure adherence with the high standards set by Wellocity in its other projects.
2. Managing the entire member engagement in the facility, which includes registration, access to various sports, renewals, complaints and feedback.
3. Working closely with the SAG administration to ensure that the infrastructure and cleanliness of the complex is properly maintained.
4. Helping to implement the first-of-its-kind "Pay and Play" scheme for the various sports offered at the center.
